Chris White brings decades of experience in cybersecurity and has served as an advisor to the Board of Directors since April 2021. Over his career, Chris has created, delivered, trained, and operated cyber services inside of the U.S. DoD, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media/Entertainment and Hospitality verticals. Recently, he was the CISO at Ventech Inc. a large federal contracting firm, and Deputy CISO / Director of Global Security Operations for Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG).

His career began in 1989 with the United States Air Force SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) forces, serving for 10 years. In years past he supported the U.S. Armed Forces at defense contractor General Dynamics AIS, specializing in cybersecurity. He then worked 4 years building Ernst & Young’s Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offering, acting as CTO, and responsible for providing security services to 500,000 endpoints. He holds a master’s degree in Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Engineering from Regis University.

Kevin Lawhorn is the Senior Vice President of Growth at Myriddian, where he drives enterprise strategy, business development, capture, and market expansion across commercial and public sector domains. With over 15 years of experience leading transformational initiatives at the intersection of health IT, data strategy, and public policy, Kevin is recognized for delivering measurable outcomes in complex, highly regulated environments.

A mission-driven leader, Kevin served as Vice Chair of the Idaho Health Data Exchange, where he has played a critical role in strengthening health information infrastructure, advancing data transparency, and reporting FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse). His experience launching and scaling tech-driven ventures bolsters the innovation mindset at Myriddian — where he champions culture, accountability, and creativity as core levers of sustainable growth.

Dr. Vijay Medithi leads Myriddian’s disease surveillance and registry practice, serves as Director of Operations of the Maryland Cancer Registry, and advises as subject matter expert across the company’s surveillance portfolio. A physician by training with more than 20 years in disease registries and public health, he applies analytics, automation, and modern health data standards to strengthen the completeness and timeliness of population health information.

He has guided Maryland’s participation in national cancer surveillance modernization efforts, including CDC and NPCR pilot initiatives in early incidence reporting and FHIR-based electronic reporting, and remains active in the national registry community through NCRA and NAACCR.

Lauren Waszak brings a rare, multidisciplinary path to her role as Myriddian’s Senior Director of the Project Management Office. Her career began in clinical care — training as an EMT and completing coursework at University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical School with a focus on emergency and trauma medicine — before pivoting into healthcare policy and insurance implementation. At Cigna, she spent nearly a decade managing implementation strategy for major health organizations, building the communication and operational playbooks that brought new business online.

She went on to lead major initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ National Artificial Intelligence Institute, including a 1,000+ person global summit and a groundbreaking ambient scribe tech sprint, before managing quality and cybersecurity for 114+ federally authorized programs at HHS. Today, she leads operations, business development, and program management for Myriddian’s largest projects. As a collegiate soccer player, Lauren continues to pursue her love for sports in coaching youth soccer and basketball.

Karolina Layne is Senior Director of Finance at Myriddian, where she leads accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for the firm’s health IT services portfolio. She has 20 years of government contract accounting experience, having served in controller and assistant controller roles at Avantus Federal (acquired by QinetiQ US), L3Harris Advanced Systems & Technologies, and Technology Advancement Group.

Over that career she designed and defended indirect rate structures, prepared incurred cost submissions and supported DCAA audits, led ERP implementations, and built finance functions capable of supporting rapid growth. Karolina holds an MBA in Finance from George Mason University.

Tijan Drammeh is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience advancing enterprise security, risk governance, and compliance across government and critical infrastructure. He has led Zero Trust adoption across 110+ systems in alignment with federal executive orders, guided a FISMA score from C to A in a single year, and served as Acting CISO for a major transit authority.

His work increasingly focuses on the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, including pioneering an AI-powered workflow that transformed a manual RMF documentation process into an automated system, cutting authorization package generation time from weeks to minutes. Holding a Secret clearance and certifications including CISSP, PMP, and CCZT, Tijan brings deep technical expertise and a mission-focused approach to helping organizations secure their systems while adopting emerging technologies responsibly.

Richard Hancock brings more than 30 years of experience to his role as Myriddian’s Senior Director of Software Development. His career began with a genuine fascination for how systems work, a curiosity that’s driven him ever since to dig deeper, build smarter, and solve harder problems. Over three decades, he has led technical teams through high-stakes programs, built and scaled his own software development firm, and become the person colleagues consistently turn to when a problem needs solving.

Richard’s talent extends well beyond writing great code: he has a sharp instinct for security, a gift for building teams that perform under pressure, and a genuine passion for teaching — from mentoring engineers on his team to hosting free coding sessions for anyone eager to learn. That rare combination of technical mastery and generosity with his knowledge is what makes him invaluable to Myriddian.

Eamon Cusic Jr. is the Senior Director of Architecture at Myriddian, leading enterprise cloud-native modernization and strategic technical delivery. Bringing over a decade of experience across federal, state, and commercial sectors, Eamon has a proven track record of architecting cutting-edge AI systems and legacy modernization efforts for major agencies, including FEMA, VA, and the DoW.

With a unique blend of executive business strategy and deep engineering expertise, Eamon specializes in aligning complex technical efforts with high-level organizational objectives. He drives scalable digital transformation from initial architecture through final execution, ensuring teams deliver measurable value.

Stephanie Keyaka serves as Director of Proposal Operations at Myriddian, where she provides strategic leadership for proposal organization and supports growth across the federal marketplace. She leads the development and execution of proposal strategies, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration that position Myriddian to compete effectively for complex government opportunities. She works closely with executive leadership, business development, capture, and technical teams to align pursuit strategies with customer priorities and organizational growth objectives.

With extensive experience in federal proposal and capture management, Stephanie brings a strong understanding of the full business development lifecycle, from early opportunity shaping through proposal development and submission. At Myriddian, Stephanie is focused on building high-performing proposal teams, strengthening operational excellence, and creating scalable processes that enable disciplined growth and consistently deliver compelling, compliant, and customer-focused proposals.

Alli Schulman is the Director of Communications at Myriddian. She has more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and federal consulting, with much of her career focused on programs supporting Veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Her work has included advising senior leaders, developing executive messaging, launching websites and national campaigns, supporting large-scale events, and helping teams introduce new programs and technologies across more than 110 VA facilities. At Myriddian, Alli leads the company’s brand, corporate communications, digital presence, and communications supporting business growth. She focuses on making complicated healthcare, technology, and program information clear and meaningful to the people who need it.

Alli holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and Public Relations from Miami University and is a certified Project Management Professional and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
