Myriddian is helping improve how Service Treatment Records are assembled, validated, certified, and transferred. The work requires technology and domain expertise to operate as one.
The goal is a more complete, reliable health record when a Service Member becomes a Veteran.
Before any Service Treatment Record can move, the process that governs it has to be sound. Myriddian designs the workflow logic that determines what’s required at each stage of a Service Member’s transition, so records are compiled and tracked consistently, minimizing risk of lost data.
A Service Treatment Record is a compilation of data from multiple systems. Our team builds the connections between the various systems used by DHA, and ultimately VA, that let a record move accurately from one to the other, matched to the right person every time.
Health records carry some of the most sensitive data a person has. We build validation and security into every step of the process, checking that each document is complete, unaltered, and transferred in a way that adheres to all federal privacy standards.
The final step is where the stakes are highest: getting a complete record into the hands of the system that decides a Veteran’s benefits. Myriddian verifies that every document arrives intact, preventing delayed claims due to lost paperwork or electronic records.
Cancer Surveillance, Operations, and Quality Assurance for the Maryland Cancer Registry
The Maryland Cancer Registry (MCR) is Maryland’s statewide cancer surveillance system, collecting and maintaining high-quality cancer incidence data to support public health planning, research, and cancer control efforts. As the Maryland Department of Health’s contractor, Myriddian manages registry operations, processes more than 100,000 cancer reports annually from approximately 680 reporting entities, oversees data quality and reporting compliance, and submits Maryland’s cancer incidence data to CDC’s National Program of Cancer Registries and NAACCR. Through comprehensive quality assurance activities and tools like MQAT (Myriddian Quality and Analytical Tool), Myriddian helps ensure that the MCR meets the highest national standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Data Stream Content Solutions (DSCS)
DSCS is the content engine behind leading legislative, regulatory, and policy platforms. Myriddian continuously monitors federal and state sources and transforms complex legal and regulatory material into clean, current, structured data. But Myriddian goes beyond delivering documents: Myriddian generates Legislative and Regulatory Impacts that pinpoint exactly which existing statutes and regulations each new bill or rule changes — down to the affected section, at both the federal and state levels, with every connection traceable back to authoritative source text. This allows clients to know exactly when legislation has changed, as well as precisely what law it changed and why it matters.
Army National Guard Medical Readiness & Case Management Program
Myriddian manages medical readiness for Army National Guard soldiers from start to finish. Our team tracks each case — from the moment a medical issue is identified through treatment, referral, and follow-up — and keeps required health checks and paperwork on schedule. We monitor profile expirations, waivers, and readiness events so nothing falls through the cracks. The result is a clearer, more current picture for commanders of who in their unit is ready to serve, and steady, detail-focused care for every soldier along the way.
